To make the sauce melt the butter over a low heat. Add the flour and whisk together, cook for a few minutes. Whisk in the milk then add the garlic paste, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and parmesan. Let it bubble over a low heat for a couple of minutes then remove from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Stretch a portion of pizza dough onto two trays and split the sauce between the bases. Then add half of the pork, kale, mozzarella and parmesan to each pizza. Cook for 15-20 minutes until browned and the kale is getting crispy on top.
