Leftover Pulled Pork Pizza with Kale

Are you looking for the perfect way to use up leftover pulled pork? Then you need to give this recipe a go. It's an amazing white pizza topped with leftover pulled pork, kale and plenty of cheese, of course!

Ingredients

  • 2 portions Pizza Dough
  • 200 g Pulled Pork
  • 100 g Kale chopped
  • 150 g Mozzarella torn
  • 30 g Parmesan grated

White Pizza Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 230 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan grated

Instructions

  • To make the sauce melt the butter over a low heat. Add the flour and whisk together, cook for a few minutes. Whisk in the milk then add the garlic paste, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and parmesan. Let it bubble over a low heat for a couple of minutes then remove from the heat.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Stretch a portion of pizza dough onto two trays and split the sauce between the bases. Then add half of the pork, kale, mozzarella and parmesan to each pizza. Cook for 15-20 minutes until browned and the kale is getting crispy on top.
