Spinach Pesto with Feta & Walnuts
This quick and easy feta and spinach pesto recipe works perfectly with pasta, spread on sandwiches and as a dip for vegetables!
Servings 4 servings (if used for pasta)
- 150 g Fresh Spinach
- 90 g Feta
- 75 g Walnuts
- 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon juiced
- Salt and Pepper
Put the spinach, feta, walnuts and olive oil into a blender and blend until it has reached your preferred consistency.
Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. If you're serving it with pasta sprinkle with some grated parmesan and lots of black pepper.
