Spinach Pesto with Feta & Walnuts

This quick and easy feta and spinach pesto recipe works perfectly with pasta, spread on sandwiches and as a dip for vegetables!

  • 150 g Fresh Spinach
  • 90 g Feta
  • 75 g Walnuts
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Put the spinach, feta, walnuts and olive oil into a blender and blend until it has reached your preferred consistency.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. If you're serving it with pasta sprinkle with some grated parmesan and lots of black pepper.
