These buffalo chicken flatbreads are so easy to make! They’re perfect for a quick lunch or even as a party snack.

Instructions
Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread with the cream cheese.
Put the shredded chicken in a large bowl. Add the buffalo sauce and mix well. Spread over the flatbreads. Top with the cheddar cheese.
Place in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
